Why not upgrade your Grand Hall trip and get a taste of our Platinum Lounge experience?

Up to an hour before doors, you will be welcomed to our Platinum Lounge where we will have a complimentary drink waiting for you. The Platinum Lounge offers a private toilets, cloakroom and bar with comfortable seating, so you can avoid queues and relax before the show.

Please note: The Platinum Lounge is only available for Grand Hall shows.

How can you upgrade your tickets?

Platinum Lounge ticket upgrades can be bought either at the point of purchase (via Ticketmaster) or by ringing our Box Office on 01723 376774.

Please note - Event tickets MUST be purchased to gain entry to the Platinum Lounge. Entry to the Platinum Lounge may be refused without a valid event ticket and a valid Platinum Lounge upgrade.

Early Platinum Lounge access (1 hour before doors)
Complimentary drink upon arrival.
Access to the designated private bar.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed to The 1626 Suite where we will have a complimentary drink waiting for you. The 1626 Suite offers a private bar with comfortable seating, so you can avoid queues and relax before the show, alongside private toilets and cloakroom facilities.
